Roles being defined.
KenHome Foundation will hire over the coming years against the development, capital, operating, and coalition demands of a national operating program. Senior roles are being defined now. Exceptional candidates with directly relevant experience are invited to write in advance of formal posting.
Where the Foundation will hire.
Development
Project leadership across acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, and lease-up — beginning with the Dallas Medical District flagship and extending to subsequent metropolitan economies.
Capital & Finance
Capital-stack assembly, LIHTC and bond execution, public-program integration, lender relationships, and the Foundation's long-term balance-sheet stewardship.
Partnerships & Public Affairs
Convening municipal, institutional, philanthropic, and corporate partners. Government relations at the federal, state, and city level. Coalition stewardship.
Operations & Resident Services
Property operations, resident-services programming, and the long-horizon stewardship that distinguishes a foundation-owned portfolio from a transactional one.
Communications
Institutional voice, press relations, and the Foundation's public record — internal counsel to the Chief Executive and external counsel to the Foundation's reputation.
Office of the CEO
Strategic, governance, and chief-of-staff functions supporting the Founder & Chief Executive Officer through the Foundation's formative period and into institutional maturity.
Write in advance.
The Foundation hires for institutional weight, not for headcount.
Candidates with senior, directly applicable experience — affordable housing development at scale, LIHTC and tax-exempt bond execution, public-sector partnership leadership, foundation operating programs, or the equivalent — are invited to write to the Office of the Chief Executive in advance of formal job postings. Expressions of interest are read personally and held confidentially.
Junior and early-career roles will be opened through standard public posting as functions formalize. KenHome Foundation is an equal opportunity employer and recruits without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
Build with us.
Whether you represent a city, a hospital system, a national foundation, a Fortune 500 board, a regulated bank, a labor council, or yourself — the first responders and healthcare workers of America's highest-cost metropolitan economies require what KenHome Foundation is building. The coalition is open.
